• Course duration, class schedule, and batch timings are subject to change based on availability and institutional requirements.

• The institute reserves the right to reschedule classes, change trainers, or merge batches if necessary.

4. Attendance & Discipline

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and discipline.

• Misconduct, misuse of facilities, or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination without refund.

• The institute is not responsible for missed classes due to student absence.

5. Study Material & Resources

• Study materials provided are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.

• Unauthorized use of institute materials may result in legal action.

6. Examinations & Certification

• Certificates (if applicable) will be issued only after successful course completion and meeting attendance requirements.

• The institute does not guarantee job placement, unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Course Change / Batch Transfer

• Course or batch changes may be allowed subject to availability and management approval.

• Additional fees may apply if there is a difference in course cost.

8. Institute Property & Facilities

• Students are responsible for any damage to institute property and must compensate accordingly.

• Use of computers, internet, and lab facilities must comply with institute rules.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries within the premises.

• Course outcomes depend on student effort and participation.

10. Termination of Enrollment

• The institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment due to non-payment, misconduct, or violation of terms.

• In such cases, no refund will be provided.
