1. Registration & Admission Fees

  • Registration / admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Course Fee Refund

  • Before course commencement:

    • If a student withdraws before the start date, up to 25% of the course fee may be refunded after deducting administrative charges.

  • After course commencement:

    • No refund will be issued once classes have started.

    • Fees paid for partially completed courses are non-refundable.

3. Installment Payments

  • If fees are paid in installments, the student is responsible for paying the full course fee, even if they discontinue the course midway.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed or unattended classes.

4. Batch Transfer / Course Change

  • Batch transfer or course change may be allowed once only, subject to availability and management approval.

  • Any difference in fees must be paid by the student.

  • Refunds are not applicable for course changes.

5. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

  • If the institute cancels a course or batch due to unavoidable reasons, unused course fees will be refunded or adjusted to another batch/course.

6. Absenteeism & Missed Classes

  • No refund or adjustment will be provided for:

    • Absenteeism

    • Late joining

    • Personal reasons

    • Exams, holidays, or relocation

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within ___ working days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.

8. Final Authority

  • The institute management reserves the final right to accept or reject any refund request.

  • All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
